WHO LOSES LOST

This is not a love zine

To Submit, send an email to wholoseslost@gmail.com with your submission both in the body of the email and as a .doc or .docx file. If you’re emailing a sound/video please send in mp3/avi format for my own personal convenience. JPEGs are easy for photographs and images.
We are quite liberal as to what constitutes an adherence of the ‘theme’. We are more than happy to publish media in which the theme is taken as a literal instruction. We are happy to publish media in which the theme is overtly subverted. We have no limitations with regards to how it is interpreted.
This is an equal opportunities zine and we are happy for you to challenge us at any point. In fact, the more challenging the better. Play around with it, impress us with your ability to mindfuck, write songs and use this as an opportunity to whore yourself, this may not be a love zine but it is a chance to sell yourself (for free). Self advertise. We welcome any and all of you.

Hello World! Who Loses Lost is a free, generally but loosly Irish based Literary Webzine featuring youngish and talented writers of  poetry, prose, music, film and the ‘visual photograph’. Issues are published on the site every two months on a variety of topics from Struggle to Frederich Nietzsche to Intergalactic Warfare. The purpose of the zine is to showcase up and coming talent from the cream of the Irish crop.

In all honesty? The birth of this magazine was mostly a personal reaction to the sheer flummoxing bulk of talent sitting on the internet waiting to be discovered, Irish or otherwise, and it is our hope that this humble zine can be but one small creative outlet for that collective as it hums with silent potential.

We are, of course, open to extending our loving octopus tendrils beyond and into international waters and remain perpetually welcoming to submissions of any kind, from print to music (anything displayable in webformat is acceptable). Brian Eno need not apply. Please do not hesitate to direct your submissions to: wholoseslost@gmail.com, marked to the attention of the Editor or someone similarly important. Reading the splurge to the left of the page will explain a little more about the formalities of the submissions process. Digest!

Issue One, CROWDS will be available at a date yet to appear in our heads, but hopefully sometime in late March. Please watch this space for more details and do not hesitate to bother us in the meantime.

Finally if you have any interest in being affiliated with the magazine in any form, again, feel free to make contact. If you are creatively talented and want to make this place look nicer than my meagre skills allow, you are also embraced in advance.
